The John Theissen Children’s Family Fun Center
The John Theissen Children’s Family Fun Center was created to bring joy to sick and underprivileged children on Long Island. The center was created with donations and volunteer efforts and includes an arcade, arts and crafts room, a movie theater with candy and ice cream, and a special “Wish Room” where children can choose their own special gift.
Recognized by the Interior Design Society for the Group Impact Award and Designer of the Year 2024.
The INN
The INN offers a wide range of vital services to help those struggling with hunger, homelessness, and severe poverty on Long Island. A team of interior designers and vendors transformed a former storage area into an inspiring, safe space for women and children to access meals and services.
Recognized by the Interior Design Society for the Group Impact Award (1st Place) and Designer of the Year 2016.
